The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Location unbeatable. I have stayed many nights over 30 years at the Queen E. Consistently excellent service, food, and accommodations. I am particularly impressed by the the hotel's ability to retain a marvelous staff. 20, 30, and more years not uncommon. And they recognize loyal patrons by name. The garage is safe and convenient, and the train station is right there.

location of the hotel is good to go to work. Water bottles was supplied only the 1st day, although I stayed for 11 days. All other hotels provide 2 bottles per day. The room has been very hot on my arrival day and when I asked at the front desk, I was told that the A/C is closed in all the building
