I stay at Mamma Hotel everytime I'm in Prague. It's perfect for business trips. I book over the Disloyalty Program. The hotel has everything I need, and the staff are super friendly.

The complaints about the temperature in the rooms is true. It was unusually warm while I was there. The AC didn’t work at all. Front desk said that it should be repaired the next day. It wasn’t. Asked them to tell housekeeping to keep the curtains closed so the afternoon sun wouldn’t bake the room. They didn’t. Had to keep the window open overnight to cool things off.

In general I like a location and hotel environment. Bed in the room was really amazing. Weak part of the hotel is the front desk with a lot of trainees what caused panic during check-in & check-out process. Also, they do not have any knowledge about All Accor loyalty program..

The inability to have a hotel account or to arrange it in some complicated manner was a rarity for me in a 4-star hotel. It was very annoying to pay for each lunch/dinner separately. I have never experienced anything like this before.
