Close to Copacabana Beach where the hotel provides chairs and sunshades for guests. Comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff and a great buffet breakfast.

Several issues - Not a Grand Mercure level hotel

Not a Grand Mercure level hotel anymore. Cockroach in the bathroom, air conditioner malfunction, poor WiFi in the room (and no room or space available for meetings in the facilities), and door card not working.

Night staff needs customer service training
