A Great Holiday

We had 8 nights at this resort and have nothing but praise for the holiday they gave us.The staff were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. We were quite a way from the amenities but a call to reception and a buggy was there to transport us to where we needed to go.The meals were very good and the bar service was excellent. We tried the shuttle into Hua Hin but the drop off point was a long way to either Market place or Bluport. We found it easier to get a taxi (200 baht). A special mention to Oam who was in charge at breakfast and was so helpful. The pools were great and we mainly used the small pool near our accomodation as it wasn't as busy as the main area.We were very happy with our rooms and they were serviced excellently.We had a rather unfortunate experience at Baan Dum restauraunt so I have reviewed it separately. The only thing I could suggest the management should look at in this resort is that hand rails are badly needed at the main front stairs and in the pools. Would we recommend this resort?.Most definitely and would stay here again.

Beautiful resort but issues

Loved the place beautiful setting but reading reviews still the same old issues. We only had 1 plug socket that worked in the room and the restaurants great friendly staff but total chaos no structure or management many examples but during the Buffet at bean dum we had to ask 3 times for water the staff we coming over checking everything ok and enjoying ourselves but forgetting to actually serve us. In breakfast tables were not cleared after people and left. Actually our table was cleared when we were up getting more food our belongings were still on the table but one of the staff had decided to clear the table so someone else could sit there even though our belongings were still there As said same complaints I have seen posted it is sad as you have nice people and a beautiful resort but no one is managing them or guiding the staff

Overall, the stay was worth the money paid. Positive: Nice Room and the mandatory faculties were delightful for the long waiting holidays. The 99% of hotel staff, ranging from security guard to house keeping teams, are well trained and friendly with greetings and big smile on their faces. Area of improvement: "Cindy", a staff around the dining area is the only 1% of staff team that needs an attitude adjustment and a training course of how to speak to guests appropriately. Breakfast and Chocolate hour need improvement on adding more variety of options and replenishment process too slow to serve hungry customers.
