Great Stay for the F.

We had a lovely four nights at the Cairns Novotel. Found the service warm and friendly, which being in a busy F. oriented property is to be commended. I would like to compliment in particular the front desk staff with dreadlocks who greeted my F. by our names and gave us great tips for our stay as well As the lovely lady at the breakfast every morning (I am sorry but I am horrible with names!) , who were always so cheerful despite it being busy. We had lunch at the Moku restaurant and cocktails every day which were very good. Room was always spotless and made up to a good standard everyday. If I could suggest any feedback it would be the token system for the pool towels was a little in-convenient but understandable. Thanks! Adrian

Very hard to single out any particular person in regards to staff interaction. All were exceptional from the front desk, housekeeping, restaurant and especially the bar staff serving great cocktails at the swim up bar. Great stay and would highly recommend.
