I really don’t like your hotel towels. They are very cheap and seem like not very clean and sometimes feel and see them dirty. And also no kettle and small fridge. Thanks

Despite staying at this hotel on numerous occasions, the first time I reported a problem which was a faulty bathroom sink tap, no action was taken. Resulting in a dribble of water for the remaining three day stay.

Well Located, Need English Speaking Staffs and Cleaner Towers

The room is ok but the toilet seems too small. I am 5 feet, 80 lbs. I feel like I cannot move around there. Towels may need to be replaced. I got one whiter tower and one gray tower. White and cleaner tower provides better impression to your guest. 3 minutes walk from the station to the hotel so you can pull your own luggage. A lot of cafes around the hotel. Don't forget to eat the Autumn lamb in a restaurant across the hotel. This is the name on the glasses "Preparation -Sur Place". The lamb was juicy and tasty. Rack of lamb served in the hotel restaurant was over cooked and dried. Enjoy your trip and meals.

One night stay with a friend. Hotel is basic but does the job. Rooms are small and might be too small for 2 people but fine for one. Very comfortable bed, helpful staff. Excellent location- lovely bars/ cafe nearby. Close to Metro
