Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had a two-night deal which was fantastic value for money that included breakfast, a complimentary drink at the bar each night and valet parking. Breakfast was great although it was advertised that breakfast was until 10:00am however staff were packing everything up at 9:30am so this was disappointing for those who came for breakfast between 9:30am and 10am. Other than this, we had a great stay and would definitely stay again on a similar deal.

Was so excited to visit the Titanic exhibition with my daughter. I was mortified when I was told I was upgraded to be downgraded.

We are Accor members and were told over the phone when we booked that despite staying on Good Friday, we could eat at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast Saturday morning for half price. When we arrived we were told that we could not have our half price discount at either sitting and the person at the desk did not seem to believe that we had been told otherwise on the phone. We would not have booked our stay on this day had we known. We went elsewhere for dinner and breakfast and will not stay at this Novotel again.

It's a very basic hotel. Some staff are very rude and unfriendly. Reception is bad. Housekeeping is beyond bad. They just make the bed. Everything else they are not bothered. Breakfast menu is the same every single day. We were there for 7 nights.

Allowed us to check in early and check out late due to flights, were very fast to fix a issue with a iron, very positive visit.
