The room itself is spacious and comfortable. The hotel is within walking distance from the Gare de Lyon and well located. Rooms are well soundproofed on the street side but not from the corridor side so it can be a bit noisy in the morning. When I checked in I did not receive the Wifi password (or welcome drink as an ALL member) and when I went to the room, the toilet was blocked so I had to call for someone (from reception I think) came to fix it. Then they left it dirty so I had to ask for housekeeping too. Not big problems but unusual from Accor hotels.

Ehh, not so much.

No air conditioning; totally unacceptable in a hot spring day/evening. No water kettle in room; very inconvenient to go downstairs everytime we needed to make a hot drink.
