Spacious Room, clean and well located

The room was very spacious, the cleanliness was good. Majority of the staff were very polite and helpful although I did have a small debate with one of the reception lady regarding early check-in who sounded arrogant to me. We had an early morning flight hence reached the hotel at 8am and requested if we can have our rooms ready earlier than the official check-in time of 3pm. We left for city after dropping our bags and were back at 11:30 to which were told that the room has been vacated and is under cleaning and would take 30-45 minutes to be ready. After waiting for an hour, I approached another lady at the reception as the first one was busy to which she arrogantly told me that the room will NOT be ready till 3pm. This is when I had a argument with them as I was told the room is going to be ready in 30 minutes. Finally after waiting for another 15 mins we were given the room card. Except for this bitter experience, the overall stay was very pleasant and I would recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel was well located and the room was clean and comfortable. However, although there was a note in the room letting us know about maintenance, I hadn’t expected it to be as much and wondered if it slightly breached health and safety. The work also started around 8am - not great when you’re on holiday. Every time I passed there were wires and dust sheets everywhere. One time, someone had drilled into something and water poured down. To be honest, that let down my overall experience of your hotel.

Was well located for the trip I was on, a short walk to ICC and close to tram and train. This, in addition to a comfortable room and key drop check out made it a convenient place to stay.

Central location, but not easy to navigate there by car. Could have some parking instructions available would help. Rooms were clean and quiet. We had a conference contact who helped book the accomodation, but it wasn't well co-ordinated. We had to call a few times and email a few times to get the correct booking rate.
