Outdated, dirty and smelly

There is no other way of saying this but this place is an absolute dump. It’s outdated and filthy. There was a strong smell of weed and cigarette smoke in the corridors and in each of the two rooms we had booked, they smelt of sewage and vomit. Avoid, pay a bit more and stay somewhere decent.

Was pleasantly surprised as reviews on trip advisor was very poor. Found Gerrard on reception very pleasant. Room was clean and spacious. Nothing smelt doggy as reported in trip advisor. Don’t believe the poor comments as found the hotel very clean.
