I have 3 issues 1) I was charged for early checkin even though I did not avail the Breakfast. 2) I did not get my receipt 3 days after checkout. I have tried to reach out to the hotel, but no help so far. 3) I do not have this reservation showing up in my membership account even though I registered for membership on the same day as check in.

old room with old and dirty furnitures, old bathroom with poor cleaning, construction work going on in the hotel with employees passing through the corridors without uniforms and without personal protective equipment (PPE), gym not working. terrible breakfast, terrible experience and luckily I only stayed 1 night.

Good location but hotel clearly needs improvements urgently. Shower has dark fungus on corners of wall and sink could not drain all water fast (something blocking the tubes and indicating lack of maintenance). Grave: lifts were not at all working fine.

Good breakfast, but due to the fact we had only one elevator we had a hard time to use the hotel facilities, spending too much time waiting.
