Hotel perfectly located for St Pancras and Euston. Exceptionally clean, modern and comfortable. Room was spacious and furnished with modern decor. Bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in. Breakfast was about the best I’ve had in similarly priced hotels in London, wonderful variety and quality.

Helpful staff who went over and above to help, spacious accessible bedroom and bathroom. Due to a fire alarm activation the hotel needed to be cleared - staff took specific care of those guests who required additional assistance and we felt safe at all times.

As a repeat guest of this hotel I not only appreciate the very convenient locale but also the hotel's top notch service and well put together rooms. The unexpected experience of a genuine fire alarm (possibly guest related?) was handled well.

Really enjoyed our say there, very convenient for the railway station so we could leave our bags there for getting the train home later in the day. Food was lovely especially the breakfasts. Staff were very helpful and friendly. It was clean and it felt a very comfortable place to stay.
