Great location and comfortable room

I’ve stayed with ibis hotels extensively for work pre pandemic. Recently I chose them for a family holiday and they gave a predictably comfortable, clean place to stay with good soundproofing between rooms and a central location. Room attendants showed genuine care and attention to detail - even posed my toddler’s soft toys on the bed each day which delighted my kid. Helpful friendly staff on front desk, standard ibis breakfast buffet of hot freshly cooked food. Only downside is that there was an event in the square on the Saturday night playing amplified music till 10pm which reverberated through our room and kept kids awake and distressed. Staff comped our breakfast the next day to apologise which was appreciated

Great location

We only stayed one night. Location is a centre of the CBD. Easy to access to anywhere. My favorite was a botanical garden, just 5min away. Room was clean. Staff was helpful. Free space on the ground floor was spacious, bright and clean. Want to come back again.
