We were very satisfied with the service in the premier lounge for breakfast. Nik was very attentive and friendly. Our room had a water filter and room cleaning daily. Housekeeping staff very thorough. I didn't know how to use the coffee machine, so instructions would have been useful. Overall, great location across the road from Pavilion and 4 other shopping malls.

I had shared my feedback with the reception. The towels and pillows smelled of body odor as if they were old and used beyond the expectations of hotel standards. The room smelled stale also like body odor. I should have just kept my booking at the Pavillion hotel close by and I'll never be back.

Strategically located in the prestige Pavillion area and handy walk to the mall and nearby areas .
