I have previously stayed with this property for Work. I had booked for 2 nights on 6th and 7th April 2024 for the first time with family. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to travel to Bali due to some Visa Issues and had to loose out on my booking as it was non refundable. Luckily I had people like Ms Kristina working with Pullman reservations who went out of their way to help me retain some value from my booking in form of 1/2 day stay on 13th April 2024 and Lunch. (Special shout to Ms Sari in F&B team and the Chef who prepared Indian Food) The gesture by Kristina is why I would prefer to visit this property frequently, for work and/or leisure. My wife and kid loved the half day spent on the property. Apart from this, Pullman is a classy hotel at a strategic location exactly on Legian Beach. The premise is expansive, with multiple world class amenities in room and outside. The bathtubs of Pullman Legian are so far the best. Pullman has the best Gym and fitness centre but it also takes care of some lazy guests like me by providing some dumbbells and fore arm spring exerciser in the room wardrobes to work out in room. The welcome by Pullman is one of the most creative hospitality for guests, especially if you are an All Accor Member. So far it has been wonderful exploring this property and the happening surrounding areas. I might have easily stayed here for more than 15-20 days in total on multiple dates, yet I can’t get bored of this property.

Good breakfast spread, friendly and helpful staff , nice big rooms , loads of restaurants within walking distance The general pool was a bit disappointing, but there was a nice infinity pool on the 3rd floor

Great location opposite the beach. We had a room overlooking the gardens which was nice and roomy .Beds were made and bathroom tidied daily. Heaps to choose from at the buffet breakfast. I was lucky enough to enjoy a 3hr pampering session down in the beauty salon which was just Devine 😘 and plenty of cocktails by the adult only infinitely pool🍹All staff were so accommodating . Will definitely be back to enjoy your hotel.
