Staff are very friendly. Our kids are very surprised that they received chocolate for Easter from hotel. And the hotel organise a hunting in the garden. During the afternoon, we enjoyed free coffee and free popcorn in the lobby, while kids playing watching TV. Thank you for this :)

Checked into the hotel quickly and efficiently by feriendly concierge. Room was clean and well kept with a comfy bed. The breakfast was delicious with great range of choice. Hotel was well placed less than a five minute walk from Nancy train station. We were allowed to leave our bags in a storage room connected to the reception, which was nice of the concierge to allow this service for free.

In short: very nice and caring staff, good location, excellent breakfast. Some parts of the hotel need a little bit of refurbishment but overall a very good address.
