We arrived late at around 11pm. As a Gold member, I am glad that I got upgrade T. the standard suite and was offered with welcome drink. However, the front desk did not tell us during check-in. They even talked in local language in front of us during the checkin process. The hotel is a 4 star hotel but only one member at the front desk can listen and speak English. I understand that English is not the local language. It is quite unacceptable that the communication is really difficult. After entering the room, it was extremely hot though the weather is about 10 degree Celsius. We tried T. turn on the AC and switch the the high mode with lowest temperature. It did not work. Finally we decided T. open the window T. make the room much cooler. The front desk did never mention that the AC would not work even though the hotel states that AC is offered in the Accor website. The room is along the high speed traffic and it was noise during the stay. We just want T. take rest ASAP as we had T. take the flight at 8am next morning. Therefore, we did not ask for the problem and request for room change. In addition, the shower tray was severely clogged. I guessed the housekeeping team never fix it. We need T. control the water flow in order not T. overflow the water out of the shower tray. Apart from the above, we tried T. call the housekeeping take T. request for tissue box as it was not replaced with a new one before our stay and it was used up very soon. I guess they did not know English and did not come T. provide additional tissue box for more than 20 mins after our call. They did not try T. call back T. check what the problem we are enquiry for. Finally we dial again T. the front desk for the tissue box replacement.

When I wake up next day morning I saw a blood stain ( small one ) on the sheets. I checked my self first if I cut my self but no it was a dry one, probably was not washed properly. I told this to reception but I dont think he cared much. this is an old hotel but at least i thought it was clean. After this experince never again.
