We were very satisfied with out stay in this hotel. Room was very clean and comfortable. Personnel at front desk were very friendly and helpful. Next time, we will choose IBIS for sure.

I hadnt stayed at this IBIS for over 5 years and was pleasanyly surprised at how much it was as I remembered it but the big noticeable change was the young staff and their attitude to great customer service

I stay at Ibis each time I come to Samara. This time I was traveling with my husband. We were pleased thst we were upgraded to a better room without extra payment. The receptionist also changed the room at once when we discovered that the window would not close properly and it was cold. We were also offered late check out. Overall it was all very nice attitude.

Very nice hotel, clean, breakfast was very good with many options to choose from. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Room is small, but still enough space to be comfortable. We definitely will be back. Minor things: superior rooms are not available for travellers with a pet, though you can book this option on the site. No electric cattle in the room. Отличный отель, чисто, комфортная кровать, номер небольшой, но места достаточно. Рекомендую взять завтрак, он того стоит. Приятное лобби отеля. Небольшие минусы: нельзя остановиться в номере супериор если путешествуешь с животным, хотя на сайте есть такая опция. Нет чайника в номере.
