There are no proper accessories/toileteries in the room. TV remote is not functional. Getting touch with room service is very hard

The restaurant doesn't care about the orders. Not attentive. Rotis took 40 minutes to serve. Morever i had to remind 3 times for the same. I stayed for 2 days and both the days i had to leave my dinner table without finishing dinner. On day 2 the rotis doesnt even got served even after 40 mins. Have already told the restaurant manager but no remorse and even did not even took any action.

Long time to Check in and Rooms were not Neat. Bed Sheets were dirty
