Exceptional service by staff Clement! Very welcoming attitude and warming services. Free upgrade from him and I had a very good stay. Clement is attentive to every details! The room is clean with a tranquil view. I can concentrate on my work, free writing and chill. Will definitely do it for another night!

I had a 5-night business trip to Hong Kong and stayed here, because of combination of location/price/quality. Location is OK, 2 MTR stations quite near and short taxi drive for example to Central Station, Convention and Exhibition Centre and busy SoHo area. Reception is in 5th floor and from there to housekeeping, everybody was real friendly and helpful, they even gave us late check-out for free. Room was clean, with kettle and complimentary water. Bed was comfy and shower really good. Breakfast was decent and after eating that 8-9am, you could easily skip early lunch. Downstairs there's also a pub and Starbucks

We were very satisfied with our stay at this property. It's extremely well located make it's very convenient to use all modes of public transport and most popular restaurants are within walking distance. The Harbour View room was great!
