My overall experience at the hotel was very positive. The hotel is clean and facilities are good. Breakfast is excellent and the location is very practical. On the whole, the staff were very attentive and kind. Unfortunately, my experience was tarnished by the checkout experience which was far from attentive. The person (who may actually be from management...) went through the motions mechanically, visibly more interested in something else and never bothering to ask how things had been. What a shame to end my stay this way!

Ambiance was very nice of the restaurant. Every thing in the restaurant was taken special care. Gautam was very nice to facilitate everyone coming to the place. Service of the restaurant was nice. Every thing was in order and placed nicely.

This was my first time in Oman. I really enjoyed my stay at the Mercure Hotel. The food has many options on the menu and is sufficient, the staff are friendly and very helpful - thank you Sonya! Its my first time in Oman, I am a seafarer who has stayed in few different hotels and as such Mercure hotel is one of those I have liked the most. The staffs are friendly and very helpful. The room I stayed in is very clean, well made and spacious. The food is served in buffet and has enough to choose from. Thnk you Soniya for the assistance.
