Had a reasonable stay, great location, quiet area, near tube stop. Bathroom is tiny and no outlet for dryer. Shower holder vertical adjust broken. Had to ask for fresh towels

We were in London for a family Lunch Celebration and the hotel was ideally situated and good value. The reception staff were extremely helpful both on arrival and when we were leaving. Getting a taxi and offering to look after our bags after check out.

Well Located ... but ....

Fantastic location. Front desk were not as welcoming as I'd expect. Room was nice but common areas were shabby, particulrly the stairwells and the stair carpet.
