Nicly appointed hotel. Ate in restaurant on the evening and food was good. Breakfast nice. Room clean and neat. Good location to explore town on foot. Problem was access to parking. Hotel was selected as parking was available. Tried calling hotel prior to arrival while on road but couldn't get through. When we arrived the entrance to the carpark was really tight. We pulled up into the entrance /car park tunnel with difficulty. The staff on the desk informed us that there were no spaces. When asked if she could open the car park gates could be opened so we could turn about. This was refused requiring us to reverse out with great difficulty. Disappointed with unhelpful staff and unavailable parking.

Our second visit on the road to the alps. This hotel has everything we need, a good sized family room, secure parking, and an early breakfast with good choice of options. Plus Orla Kelly style themed which we loved.
