Stopped on the long drive back from The French Alps to the the euro tunnel. Room was great value, clean and well equipt. Number of good restaurants to choose from within walking distance for an evening meal.

Hotel a bit tired

Hotel is in need of a bit of renovation as the rooms are looking a bit tired. The WC is separate to the bathroom and has no sink so you have to walk to the bathroom to wash hands. Cleanliness in the room was ok but generally the hotel was in need of a good hoover. Location is good for people travelling to and from Calais. Breakfast was ok. Nothing special but fine.

Nous sommes désolés d'apprendre que vous avez trouvé nos chambres un peu fatiguées et que la propreté générale de l'hôtel aurait pu être améliorée. Vos commentaires sont précieux pour nous, et nous allons immédiatement prendre des mesures pour remédier à ces problèmes, notamment en planifiant des rénovations et en renforçant nos protocoles de nettoyage pour assurer une propreté irréprochable dans toutes les parties de l'hôtel. Nous prenons également en compte votre remarque sur la disposition des WC séparés de la salle de bain sans lavabo, et nous étudierons des solutions pour améliorer cette configuration afin de rendre votre séjour plus confortable. D'autre part, nous sommes ravis d'apprendre que vous avez trouvé notre emplacement pratique pour les voyages vers et depuis Calais et que notre petit déjeuner était satisfaisant.
