Overall, a very personal and high value 5* hotel in Abu Dhabi. ROOMS: Standard King Size rooms are essential Junior Suites with kitchenette, so if you're a family or couple who enjoy space, and having the convinience of a kitchenette, there's no better option for the price point. Some of the guests are long stay guests and I've spoken to a few who have lived here for 3+ months as you're near a lot of head quarters it seems for UAE companies, which makes sense. SERVICE: What I like is staff are generally professional and are very personable once you get to know you i.e. know your name, room number, preferences. Would to thanks Front Office Reception staff; Nilufar for stand out always being professional, consistent and really pleasant overall. Concierge here are also really good - Akil, Abdullah and I forget the other gentleman's name...the entire Concierge team are great. I literally didn't have a bit of cash one day for receiving post and he paid from his own pocket without even asking (of course I paid him back + a tip). The staff make the hotel FOOD: Prices are very reasonable for room service and the F&B Lead Nascear (sorry if name spelt wront) is really good....they accidentlly sent me wrong item but rectified it next day without charge. The options are decent. FACILITIES: Has a rooftop pool and gym, which is great to have a dip after a long day. Staff are very pleasant and the lifeguards there are nice. Overall, for value, location, room and facilities a 10/10 for and would make both an excellent stay for long-stayers and tourists.

Terrible service nobody refilled the buffet I barely had any food and drinks waited more than half an hour then they close an hour later without refilling worst breakfast experience in Abu Dhabi I wouldn’t recommend again to come to this hotel

This hotel is walking distance to the mall and beach. My room was spacious, had a kitchenette and washing machine/dryer. I thought I’d take advantage to wash my clothes before going home but unfortunately the dryer didn’t dry my clothes very well and I had to check out soon. After a few phone calls, concierge took my wet clothes and got them back to me in an hour or so! If they didn’t offer this service my entire suitcase would’ve been wet during a 14hr flight home. Great base for exploring the city

Great base to explore Abu Dhabi from. The room was very clean and well equipped. All the staff we met were efficient, friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed the breakfast and city views the next morning. It was easy to Uber or drive to places we wished to visit.
