Decent room size. The front desk very heplful. Dinner at tbe 8th floor restaurant was good, with nice city view. The food was good and on time. Big thanks to Elena and Ilona from the Restaurant. Very professional, warm, and kind service. . Cheers!

The choice for this hotel was the location. Very good stay all in all, although the ventilation system was a bit noisy in the room (realised it only too late and wasn't worth changing room for such a short stay). The staff is very professional and competent. The breakfast is really great and worth. At Accor standard. Will choose again if possible

At the time of check-in, we got the room key card without asking of any payment related to CITY TAX. Then, at night of 15/3, I got an email from your hotel and mentioned we have an outstanding payment and asked to settle at the reception. To me, it is ok and has already made a reply I will come to reception after back from Rotterdam on 16/3. When I came back at night of 16/3 and ho back to the room to put down items, I found that I can't use my keycard to enter my room and ask your staff to enable the key card. At this time, I still not yet do the payment and go out for dinner. When we come back, the card was disable again. To me it is very ridiculous, your hotel locked our door several times until we settled the payment. Your staff told us the card always disabled due yo we put it in wallet or put it together with mobile phone. But the card function properly after the payment and also the key card never disabled for all other hotels. It us your fault not to ask me to pay when I check in, but your hotel try to lock the door and force us to settle the payment asap, this make us feel embarrassing and not being respected Also your hotel bathroom, the water is easily leaked from the bathroom when taking bath. And no refill of hand wash for second night after clean up, and I have to leave message to your housekeeping afterwards. Overall, I got poor experience to accommodate in your hotel

Had a good stay. Staff are helpful and friendly. Location is a 5 min train ride into Amsterdam central station and easy accessible to airport. Room was spacious, clean, bright and had lots of amenities available. Bed was great. You don't get the views of the canals but the trade off is the quietness and all that I mentioned previously. Would atay here again.
