stayed here for the solar eclipse for 3 nights lovely hotel friendly staff room was clean and comfortable had a fab time would recommend this hotel didnt use the pool as it was raining but a good size for a dip would stay here again great gift shop didnt use resturants as ate while out an about

loved it. i used a different credit card to pay than the original one they had a hold on and it was released within 24 hours. there is only valet parking. when my husband stayed there last year he found public parking close . i used the valet they were quick and helpful. everyone was nice and friendly who worked there from check in to the restraunt to bar tender . who welcomed me back second day. i felt safe walking outside and on the area. fountains next door were relaxing . older hotel but with lots of charm

Was very excited to stay at this location within walking distance of many attractions. Upon arrival I waited awkwardly for several minutes at the service desk (not even being acknowledged) while two of the check in hosts were having a casual conversation and a third was busy with another guest. A manager(?) walked up to me and asked if I was waiting to check in, I responded “Yes” then he signal to the two hosts that I was waiting to be checked in. Immediately one of the hosts checked me in but failed to mention there was construction going on during our stay. The following morning (Saturday) we were woken up at 7 by hammering, drills and other equipment (above, below or beside us). We had hoped to sleep in on our weekend getaway but there was no chance the noise was going to stop. We had also planned on having a relaxing breakfast at the hotel but after the morning started out like it did we decided to leave as soon as possible. At checkout the host and manager were very apologetic and the customer service was great.

I originally was placed in a room that was dirty and outdated. After voicing my concerns the situation was rectified and I was moved to a beautiful room with privileges. I appreciated the accommodations, however I believe that a hotel that claims to be world class dropped the ball. The standard of cleanliness and service should be represented throughout all the rooms. There was a clear distinction between the quality of the rooms on the south vs the north tower which I would not have known if I had not voiced my concerns.
