The system of the how in room bar works is kind of weird. Why charge for everything and make a guest have to guess what they did and didn't drink. Very odd and annoying.

Only problem was that my room stayed very warm 24C, even when I put on the air conditioning, and opened windows. Apart from that, it was an excellent stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Staff is great; room was nice. BUT I had a serious inconvenience by not being able to print something because you no longer have a business centre. The desk was willing to print my emailed document but they did not receive my email after multiple attempts. Plus having to wait for or interrupt check-in's and check-outs is a real annoyance. A hotel of this calbire needs a business centre!

Beautiful hotel. Off site parking underground at the Art Gallery is easy to get to, and not far to walk at all.
