The services of the staffs are friendly and very helpful stretching from the porters. counter admin and at the breakfast restaurant. Food is nice as well. That is the reason i have been staying in this hotel when i am in Bangkok. It has been more than 300 times staying in this hotel

It was a pleasant stay for four nights. While the hotel is located away from the shopping malls, it is conveniently located near the MRT Blue Line train station. The restaurants at the hotel are good. Staff are friendly. The only one thing about the hotel is that it needs modernization.

Great Fitness area and near BTS

We love swissotel brand because of the 2 big twin bed that can fit a family. The fitness center is surprisingly good and complete. They even have Squat rack. We stayed here for few days. During new years eve. The location was good. Near the BTS. Breakfast was good and lots of variety. In front of hotel there is the famous Somboon Seafood restaurant. You can just walk there. Recommended.

I have return to hotel and very happy with the progress made on ensuring that rooms and floors are smoke free which was my biggest complaint last few visits. Also glad to see that Accor and my booking payment have gone through and I am not hit with the huge hotel bill at the end as I am leaving.
