Start to finish very very very very good very impressed finished my Holiday very nice. Waleed at the front desk god bless him very pleasant polite young boy. Saif in concierge what a gentleman he helped us so much in luggage etc. I really appreciate these staff help Immensely they have made my trip 10/10

The bed includes pillow are very confortable. The tôlier was very clean and have some additional features that are very useful for me like shampoo, conditioners, hand-wash…….. and the view was the best, the Kaaba I felt lucky and deep that I’ve ever felt. The room was very clean as well. And last point is, at that time I had to watch Barcelone vs Paris and found out that my tv have beinsport channel( subscription) that helped to watched the entire game with Arabic language. Best hotel

What a beautiful stunning hotel and bang next door to the Kaaba. The staff make this hotel especially Ajwad /Musa the duty managers who went well and above their duties to help me after believing I’ve been scammed. Not only where they willing to take me to the shop and translate but also make sure i was ok. Let’s not forget Abdulrazzaq (from security) who always has a smile on his face and welcoming. Even though how busy it is and people not listening or trying to push in as this month of Ramadan. He’s excelled, talking to guest and none guest with a smile and respect even after he’s been bushed and shouted at. He deserves an award. I will definitely be staying at this hotel and telling all of my uk friends

Best located hotel in Makkah, great staff and good food. The welcome was good at the reception. Rawan from reception was really helpful. Omar from concierge made our first impression good. Rawan from the guest relations got me the best room at the hotel before my arrival. Ashraf made our dining experience easy and great. Shaqeer and yousef from the dining equally made our stay memorable.
