Everything went very well. The room was spacious and comfortable, the hotel amenities were well-maintained, and the staff were courteous and helpful. I appreciated their patience with my limited Spanish and their English skills when my Spanish was lacking! I especially appreciated their willingness to change the breakfast menu to accommodate my (extremely severe) food allergy. The only issue is that the iron in my room was broken, and the front desk was able to get another one sent up within minutes. Overall I was completely satisfied with my stay at Swissotel Quito.

We booked two nights at Swissotel Quito before the start of a Galapagos cruise. It was an excellent hotel stay -- great service, very comfortable and well appointed rooms, excellent food for the included breakfast in the restaurant and for the very reasonably priced room service option. We found ourselves wishing we had booked more time in Quito before our cruise so we could have enjoyed the city and the beautiful country and this excellent hotel longer. If we do come back, there's no question Swissotel will be the first accomodation we look to

Check-in/check-out was efficient and friendly. We found ourselves wishing we had booked more time in Quito before our cruise so we could have enjoyed the city and the beautiful country and this excellent hotel longer. We want to come back for a mainland Ecuador trip in the future, and if we do, there's no question Swissotel will be the first accomodation we look to for that trip.
