I envoyed my stay. Nevertheless, the suite description wasn’t accurate. It’s was written 2 bathrooms. Since I was staying with my sister, I said to myself that we can have each our own bathroom. But it was only one bathroom and one 1/2 bathroom (visitor toilets). It was in 402. It’s not a Haram view but a partial Haram view. I think it also need to be corrected on the room description. Otherwise, I would like to thank Abdenbi Chakiri. He is very professional.

Very convenient and comfortable stay in makkah. The open terrace pray room is a unique feature. The indoor prayer and wudu area also great. Excellent hospitality and personalised care, led by the GM himself. The only weakness is the booking process and the staff that looks after phone desks before arrival. Needs a fix really. Everything else is top notch.
