Cannot watch TV. Bed side electrical outlet doesn't work. Elevator suddenly stopped.

10/10 Stay. Comfy Bed, Bed arranged before sleeping, fragrant soap and body wash. I think they should improve the Fairmont Gold Benefits. Club Millesime in Sofitel is Better. There is no afternoon tea unlike in Sofitel Club. Staffs are on par with sofitel. They are very accommodating.

It was ok but expected more

Our stay was generally ok, people were friendly and the room was comfortable. We just expected more from the experience of staying in a classy hotel. it’s in the little things. For example a more cohesive room design - the big black cabinet housing the coffee/mini bar is so intrusive. Less stuffy bathroom, and a room with a working phone please. The staff are great, warm and friendly. We also had buffet lunch at Spectrum, which for the price is just so-so. Dessert was a let down, the dessert chef did not look happy doing the teppan style ice cream (which was not good too btw), kindly bring back normal ice cream.
