great stay

check-in and check-out very smooth, we did not enjoy much of the facilities since we were rarely at the hotel, however we were happy that our requests for bathtub and high floor were honored. A few things were amiss however : the shower head was leaking and not properly fixed - a technician intervened as soon as we requested it however ! - and when we requested the express breakfast both mornings we needed it, it took talking to 5 people to actually place the order, and we felt like we were bothering them with our request... express breakfast is taken at the bar and both times however it was generous and very well presented on a large platter. Finally, the room was way too hot despite lowering the temperature of the room to the lowest setting, and airing it out throughout the day (15 degrees outside) but that probably comes from being on the 8th floor with the heat coming up from below. Happy overall with our stay anyway.

My partner & I visited for our second year anniversary and they kindly upgraded us to a better room. It was a wonderful stay and we had the best time. We both said we would return. It’s not too far from the metro, around a 6-10 minute walk depending on which metro you’re going to. Some other reviews said that’s far but we live in London so walking ten minutes to a train is the norm. Lovely, lovely, lovely! We would absolutely recommend staying here.

This hotel is a bit off the beaten pass and will require a bit of walking or public transport, but it is such a good one. Rooms are spacious, clean, bathrooms are renovated and comfortable. Compared to most Parisian hotels, one can actually live in the room. It’s quiet, well equipped. Common areas are nicely designed. Staff is available and ready to help. I’ve stayed here numerous times through last 5-6 years, both for business and leisure and i am sure I’ll be back.

Your front desk needs to be better trained. Not acceptable to check out customers in wrong room
