Very basic but fine for the money.

I booked this hotel because it was near the downtown district. The room was very small and my window opened out onto the street, but traffic was light so I did not have much noise. The room is almost like staying in a cruise ship cabin, very small but functional. The hotel did have a very good breakfast that was never crowded and the staff keep on the tables clean, even though you had a tray to take your own dishes back to the rack.

Good rooms, no fridge no safe, breakfast ok if you have no specific requirements i asked for scrambled eggs or fried egg without milk as our kid has a genetic condition was told impossible. Disappointing.

Allow me just one comment: we neither advertise that we have a refrigerator in the room nor that the room is equipped with a safe, so I am happy to accept your comments, but unfortunately I don't fully understand them. You can borrow a refrigerator at reception for a fee and you can have your valuables locked in the safe at reception at any time. We have stored all of this in our digital guest directory and if you had spoken to us on site, we would have been happy to let you know. Thank you again for your comments. Modern, pleasant hotel

The positives: Modern, pleasant hotel. Decent room size, good shower. Good bed. Friendly, efficient staff. Comprehensive breakfast buffet. Centrally located, town center is at walking distance. The negatives: Breakfast area (= at the hotel entrance) was crowded, not easy to find a table to have breakfast. Also, there is just one set of curtains in the room, to block out any light for sleep. When the room curtains are open anybody in the residential apartments opposite has full sight into your room, so there is a tradeoff between having natural daylight (curtains open) or privacy (curtains closed). All in all, we had a good short stay and the price/quality ratio is good.

Nice hotel (design) but the room was so small that we could not go around the bed without having the suitcase on the way (no space for it), also no desk to work in the room, just a very small table occupied by a bottle.
