Very nice hotel in the Dubai Marina

My third time in Dubai first time Rico’s Excellent hotel in the Marina Employees (Musa, Cosmos ans Samika) are friendly, Brand new design hotel! Excellent housekeeping! Pool cleaned every day and the beach as well! Nice bars around and near the pools Some goods restaurants at the hotel and nearby.

From the moment we checked into the Rixos Premium Dubai JBR, we knew we were in for a treat. This hotel isn't just a place to stay; it's a destination where every staff member makes you feel genuinely cared for and appreciated. It's not often that you find a hotel where it seems like every individual is passionate about ensuring guests have an exceptional experience, but Rixos gets it just right. The hotel itself is undeniably beautiful, but it's the people that truly make the experience memorable. A heartfelt shoutout to some of the outstanding staff members who went above and beyond during our visit: Bibin, our night manager, was incredibly attentive, ensuring all our needs were met promptly and with a smile. Maria managed to secure us a room with a stunning view in our second week, enhancing our experience even further. Chef Arish's perfect omelettes started our mornings on a high note, and Bilal kept our coffee cups brimming with excellent brews all morning long. Bishal, meanwhile, made sure every reflective surface, especially the elevator mirrors, was immaculate, showcasing the pride taken in every aspect of the hotel's maintenance. Because of the exceptional service and the welcoming atmosphere, we extended our stay by an additional week, which speaks volumes about our satisfaction. Very good location with a premium comfort

We stay in Rixos for 4 days after we extend our vacation. Hotel is located in top area close to all facilities in JBR. Extremely good breakfast buffet where you can find many variaties from across the world. Rooms are super clean and well stuffed.
