Room (153) for 270€/ night (2 nights) in desolate conditions. Mirror frames broken, carpet discouloured, wall paint refurbs done unprofessionell. Wallpaper on hotel-floors coming down, carpets disgusting. With booking i asked via mail for a fully refurbished room which i was email answered „this will be cared for“: nothing happened and room 153 was provided. Took a couple of pics. Worst case hotel my family and i have been in so far for the money paid. Accor: shame on you and get your quality department going to inspect this hotel. Appears to be a desolate cash cow hotel living from Disney short trips. Have been inthe last couple of months in Novotels/Pullmanns and ibis styles with full satisfaction in Berlin/ London and France as silver customer. But this surpasses any standards. Thinking of turning completely to IHG. I strongly recommend NOT using this hotel!

Always stay in this hotel for my Disneyland visits. Such a convenient location, a 10 min walk to Disney with a free shuttle also available to and from the park, a 5 min walk from shopping mall with restaurants, bars and supermarket. The staff are always incredible, they never let you down. The rooms are perfect and have everything you would need

Hotel is so rundown, wallpaper hanging off the wall, lights broken, dirty linen. 3 star for this hotel is generous needs to be 1. The street noise was unbelievably noisy

A lovely stay for a disney family trip

We stayed here whilst visiting Disney on a budget (if that’s possible). The apartment was clean and contained 2 hobs, a microwave and a dishwasher. There wasn’t a cooker which was frustrating, but we managed. The staff are friendly and we had no issues with noise during the night. The hotel is within walking distance to Disney and also a large shopping centre. The shopping Centre has two supermarkets if you plan to cook some meals yourself. All in all it’s a nice hotel and you get much more freedom than staying in a packaged Disney hotel.
