Saddam husein one of the beast house keeping in hotel very helpful 👌 His cleaning is very good and food was also very good and delicious I can visit here again and again our was clean eavry day and hygiene properly by helping of saddam hussein.

Excellent work done..keep it up sadam hussain ..good behaviour and smiling gesture..food was good , hospitality I would say overall it's 5 star..I would like if people like him can get more appraisal...they are good with casino service where in discounts are available if u stay in Novotel..

Had a relaxing and wonderful stay at this hotel. Entrance and Lobby was great and had everything you would expect for travellers and family’s. Check in was a little slow and not very welcoming when you are tired and want to get to your room. After initial issues with a flooded shower and room cleanliness with room decor being very outdated our stay was much better although we had to ask housekeeping for extra towels as they never left enough for our family. Housekeeping were very polite and always willing to help with any issues. Room was spacious and comfortable but there are places which get overlooked and are dusty (under the bed). We loved the feel and decor of the restaurant and all staff were professional, courteous and would go out of their way to make your day a great one. Head Chef Pritpal Singh who made us feel at home away from home and had lots of advice and always had time for us a big thanks. A special mention to Milan who became our go to person, he was very attentive and we could always rely on him. Milan could not do enough for us only 21 years old and was very good with the children as well as the adults. Thanks Milan! Food was always great morning, lunch and evening. Pool was good fun, clean and plenty of room for people. All the staff were excellent at serving you and your needs. A big thanks to the boys for filling my daughter’s white inflatable unicorn. The only mention is that the children’s pool needs attention and is very slippery. The beech is fantastic and only a short 10 minutes away. There are numerous facilities in the hotel and all the corridors and walkways are kept clean including the pool shower rooms. In short the lobby and outside areas can be classed as 5 star but our room would be more a 3 star room. The games room however was normally empty which is understandable as the cost of playing the games is very high! We loved our stay and have fond memories of Goa and the hotel staff. All the staff were definitely 5 star!
