I will not suggest anyone with a veggie family & healthy choice of brekfast persons to stay here. The staff especially the receptionists are already not as per requirement also they do not have a smiling attitude. Talking to them looks as if u had done a crime & asking for a sorry. Breakfast is a good English one but if u r health conscious then u will be disappointed Then again if u r veggie then bread & butter is the only good option. Hospitality is worse. The only good thing is the location. U can find everything nearby

I am sorry to hear that your interaction with the Reception Team member was not a more positive one and did not instill confidence that the Hotel provides the nigh levels of service that one expects at Novotel, please accept my apologies. I have shared your feedback regarding breakfast with the Executive Chef as we are always striving to improve our products and services to deliver a balanced breakfast offering which caters for a wide range of guest preferences. To that end there are a number of Vegetarian options including freshly made omelets from the omelet chef and we also offer gluten free items accompanied by a range of milks for those guests who do not consume regular cows milk. For any further requirements or food intolerances the Breakfast Team are always happy to help ensure that our guests have the best start to their day. In addition the Hotel offers a number of A La Carter vegetarian breakfast options in BLVD Cafe & Bar on the ground floor. On a positive note i was pleased to read that you enjoyed the central location of the Hotel in the heart of Surfers Paradise with all of the attractions and services at your finger tips. We had a one night pop in to end our hectic week of travels. Check in was fine (even got in early). Family room 3511 was fantastic with great views and super comfortable beds!!!!! I would be more than happy for you guys to ship the king bed to me…..address is on file 😂 Breakfast had a great range and was super fresh! Love the bathroom shampoos etc…..even the kids loved it. Looking forward to a slightly longer stay later in the year! Well done Novotel.

Well located but service and room conditions let it down. Noisy pipes at night. Water leaking from taps and fridge. Maintenance fixed what they could, but only after I got hold of them myself. Concierge absolutely no help at all. Not what I expected from a hotel like the Novotel

Waren für 1 Nacht im Novotel. Lage: absolut Top, 1-2 minuten zu Fuss an den Strand, Parkhaus im Einkaufscenter (gleiches Gebäude 18 AUD 24h). Zahllose Restos in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zimmer: waren in 3511, 35.Stock. Balkon, atemberaubender Ausblick auf den Strand, das Peppers Soul Hotel und Q1 Tower. Room: Balkon, Safe, fridge, alles da. Sehr zweckmässig, wenig Wohlfühlfaktor, das kennt man von Novotels. Zimmer insgesamt recht abgewohnt, refurbishment nötig, Bad war allerdings neu. Sauberkeit etwas vernachlässigt, ein getrocknetes Softeis lag in der Ecke des Balkons. Service/Personal: top !!! Fazit: für 1 Nacht aufgrund der Lage perfekt, aber eben nur 3 Punkte.

O hotel tem uma ótica localização, perto da estação do Tram - Estação Cavil. Na parte de baixo do hotel há uma galeria comercial, que tem até um supermercado. O elevador é super rápido, o que ajuda se estiver atrasado. As camas são adequadas e o apartamento dos fundos, com vista para Hinterland, como ficamos no 26º andar, tinha uma vista linda. O único ponto negativo foi o chuveiro, instalado um pouco baixo e com pouca pressão de água. O café da manhã (estilo inglês) atende bem aos padrões do hotel.
