The Baha Mar resort has the most amazing staff. The amazing service started from checking in straight to checking out. I wish we could have stayed longer but a week will just have to do for now. My experience at 25 degrees pool side beds have to be The best ever! A pool attendant named Theran was not assigned to me but made sure I had everything I needed. He did an exceptional job. He was indeed a pleasure to meet and I can’t wait to come back to see h again because I know he will ensure my stay is enjoyable.

Great 4 night get away. We will definitely return. We are in our 60s and really enjoyed the liveliness of the resort and seeing all the young families having such a great time. We especially enjoyed katsuya , carna and the chicken and Mexican food trucks . The portions are generous so we usually split something for lunch and just had Starbucks in the am. We had ice delivered for cocktails on our balcony. We brought duty free and our cab driver stopped at a grocery store. We had a fridge delivered to our room..no charge. The hotel staff all seemed happy and willing to help us. We enjoyed the casino and my husband had some luck at black jack. The slots seemed a bit tight but fun nevertheless. Our king ocean view room was comfortable and the sheets and bed were very nice. We enjoyed the lazy river and were happy lounging on the beach. Lots of chairs. Tried the daiquiri hut… delicious fresh mango daiquiri and really enjoyed the rum soaked pineapple. Bring extra cash for tipping … the staff seemed to really appreciate it and deserve it..they work hard. We plan on returning in November.

Indy from Fi Lia was a pleasure to work with. I enjoyed her customer service and would definitely dine here again just to see her. She was very quick and made sure to take care of our every need. Come to Fi Lia and enjoy the experience just as much as I did if not more.

Realmente lamentable todo lo que me pasó en el hotel desde la llegada. Lo mejor que tienen son las instalaciones, son increíbles, aunque hacen todo lo posible para que la pases mal. Lo único que les importa es la plata. Cuando llegue deje una seña en dolares, cuando hago el check out no me querían reconocer esa plata. Los precios son excesivamente elevados, reservar un restoran a la noche es imposible. Todos los que trabajan ahí están con mala cara, nadie dispuesto a ayudar, y hacen lo posible por cagarte. Nosotros fuimos con el desayuno incluido, no obstante cuando llegamos no nos querían reconocerlo. Solo nos reconocieron a mi pareja y a mi, teniendo que pagar los de mis hijas. Cuando arribamos no nos querían dar la habitación alegando que no estaba lista y nos insistían en cobrarnos de más para que nos den una en el instante. Además te cobran un resort fee de entre 90 y 110 dólares. Una locura Es una pena todo lo que describo porque el parque acuático es excelente y una playa hermosa. Mi idea era reservar para volver en marzo pero después de todo lo que paso no vuelvo ni loco. Jose Lesta

Hotel curato, camera molto pulita, personale disponibile, piscine mare e attività a portata di mano. La struttura è molto bella e al suo interno non manca nulla. Consigliato. Nota negativa i ristoranti e i bar sono eccessivamente costosi, prezzi esagerati.
