Mein Aufenthalt im Hotel "Raffles Bali" war insgesamt enttäuschend. Zwar war die Hotelanlage sehr modern und sauber, jedoch wurden die positiven Aspekte durch die schlechte Organisation des Services stark überschattet. Das Frühstück war zwar von guter Qualität und vielfältig, jedoch war die Organisation eine absolute Katastrophe. Das Personal schien überfordert und nicht in der Lage zu sein, mit dem Andrang der Gäste umzugehen. Lange Wartezeiten haben das Frühstückserlebnis stark beeinträchtigt. Es schien, als ob das Personal wenig Interesse daran hatte, sicherzustellen, dass die Gäste einen angenehmen Aufenthalt hatten. Insgesamt war der Service im Hotel "Raffles Bali" enttäuschend. Trotz eines guten Frühstücks und einer modernen Anlage kann ich aufgrund der mangelnden Organisation und des unzureichenden Service dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen. Trotz einiger Enttäuschungen während meines Aufenthalts im Hotel "Raffles Bali" möchte ich besonders die positive Leistung einiger Mitarbeiter hervorheben. Rani, eine Mitarbeiterin im Frühstücksbereich, war äußerst aufmerksam und freundlich, und ihr Engagement hat das Frühstückserlebnis trotz der organisatorischen Probleme deutlich verbessert. Ihre Professionalität und ihr Bemühen um das Wohlbefinden der Gäste haben einen positiven Eindruck hinterlassen. Darüber hinaus möchte ich auch Gaetan Biesuz, den Director Culinary des Hotels, loben. Trotz der offensichtlichen Herausforderungen in Bezug auf die Organisation und den Service hat er sich persönlich dafür eingesetzt, die Situation zu verbessern. Seine Präsenz und sein Engagement für die Zufriedenheit der Gäste waren deutlich spürbar und verdienen Anerkennung.

체크인부터 체크아웃까지 완벽한 서비스와 친절함에 감동했습니다. 모든 직원분들이 항상 친절하셨습니다. 룸 컨디션도 좋았으며, 결혼 10주년 기념 이벤트도 준비해주셔서 정말 기뻤습니다. 담당 버틀러가 늘 신경을 써주셔서 항상 감사했습니다. 또한 필요한것을 부탁하면 바로 해결해 주셨습니다. 공항까지 데려다 주셔서 그것도 너무 감동 받았습니다. 다시한번 감사합니다. 다만, 레스토랑의 음식들이 가격에 비해 너무 형편 없었습니다. 래플스 발리에 또 가고싶지만 음식을(조식 포함 모든 레스토랑) 생각하면 망설여 질것 같습니다. 식재료는 너무나 훌륭했으나 맛은 정말 실망이였습니다.

Абсолютное восхищение от пребывания в Raffles Bali. Мы много путешествуем и однозначно сочли этот отель - самым гостеприимным и заботливым из всех, в которых мы останавливались. Каждый человек принимающей стороны, каждая деталь обеспечивают позитивное настроение, беспечность и эстетическое наслаждение для гостей. Единственное, к чему можно придраться - камни при входе в море, о которых надо помнить и проявлять аккуратность при заходе в воду. Но, полагаю, это общий нюанс для берегов Бали. Во всем остальном - оснащение номеров, дизайн, красота, забота, кухня, внимание ко всем деталям отдыха гостей со стороны батлера - кайф, ради которого мы и отправляемся на отдых. Огромное спасибо управляющим отелям и отдельные слова благодарности нашему батлеру Севе! Самые теплые воспоминания и яркие впечатления от пребывания!
