A few issues, that were not really solved. Dirty towels put in my room, one with black marks and then the next day with red marks. Quite disappointing, asked for the tissues to be replaced as the box was empty in the bathroom, was not done. This should be something housekeeping is on top of.

The hotel is well located if you are arriving by car, half way from highway to city. Metro and tram stations are near by. Room are spatious. Breakfast is rich. The hotel is not new, but is clean, and everything is working well.

When I booked the hotel earlier in the year, there was nothing on the website to indicate when the swimming pool was open, it was only a week before that I discovered it would not be open. THe main reason I booked this hotel was so that my children could swim. The handwash in the bathroom didn't work. The shampoo and shower gel holder in the shower area came off the wall The bed was hard and the pillows were uncomfortable. Breakfast was nice and it was lovely to have cold fresh water in our fridge every day. The hotel was centrally located to where we needed to be, but very disappointing that we couldn't access the pool and that the bed was hard, I did not have a good nights sleep for the 3 nights we were there.

I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. I do understand your concern, however on Booking website it is stated that the pool is not accessible at the moment, it will be back open by mid June. The Reception is open 24 hours in order to assist our guests with all their needs, our night manager can easily provide mattrass topper and softer pillows upon requests. Finally, regarding the handwash in your bathroom we would immediately send the maintenance to fix it is we would know and whether not possible, we would offer to move into another room. Stay was okay, room is smaller than Novotel in other countries . Internet is way too slow, didn't refill tea and coffee, did not give paper cups for the 2nd day, phone service many times,no one picked up, went down to ask for them. They said will send someone to bring to me, but no one sent any. :( Refilled on the 3rd day!
