Last time I stayed I gave the hotel five stars but this time I will give it three. Basically my room only got cleaned one day and I stayed four even though I had the sign on the door, I was given a room over looking car park I asked to change but was told there were no rooms ! For four nights? I am very sensitive to noise so didn’t sleep very well The staff at breakfast was a little rude I asked for a late checkout as a silver member I was told j could check out at 4pm . However on my last day I was told I would be charged for a late check out which I was not told when I asked for a late check out. So I had to quickly leave my room and sit outside all afternoon. Therefore I was not made to feel welcome as last time

A good hotel with nice rooms . Excellent wifi and aircon. Beds comfortable. Breakfast good. Staff professional . Raphael was excellent. He was helpful, professional. knowledgable and friendly. He is really as asset to the hotel

We stayed briefly at the hotel after arriving at Faro airport on an evening flight. We caught a bus to the hotel, but I would recommend a taxi as the short walk from the bus stop is along a busy main road. The hotel itself is simple, but clean and comfortable, and staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms (or at least the room we stayed in) are quite small, but fine for one night.
