Overall I enjoyed the experience of staying in the Novotel Wollongong Northbeach, which is why I have stayed there around 20 times. Check in was easy and relaxed, the room is wonderful and the staff very friendly.

Your feedback is invaluable, and I assure you that we will review and enhance our offerings to better cater to our vegetarian guests in the future. Regarding the presence of dead cockroaches in the hallway, please accept my sincerest apologies for any discomfort this may have caused. We take cleanliness and hygiene very seriously, and I will personally ensure that our housekeeping team takes immediate action to address this issue and prevent its recurrence. I'm disappointed to hear that the juicer wasn't working and that the fruit range was not up to your expectations. Rest assured, we will look into these matters promptly and rectify them to provide a more satisfying experience for our guests. Except for the disappointing experience with the lukewarm/cold breakfast which was supposed to be hot and the lukewarm water for the tea and coffee the rest of the stay was nice.

Arrived late on 21st (10pm) TV remote wasn’t working so called reception a man came to the room 15 minutes later tried new batteries which since remote red light was working as I explained on phone didn’t fix it then left saying he was going to get another remote. Came back another 15 minutes later still not working… then said he would go see the manager what they could do and would be back shortly.. I waited up ( now 12pm) since it had been over 30 minutes I again called reception they explained the guy that I was dealing with had gone home and didn’t bother to let his manager know what had happened..they then offered to swap rooms but by this time it was too late..also I did mention the usb ports weren’t working either…they did refund my breakfast charge but if communication was followed through earlier would of not had me waiting up for a solution…

Room 906. As a short break destination it is good and we keep coming back. However there is room for improvement.
