The hotel is run down, wifi wasn't working and overall was an average stay.

The hotel is currently undergoing a refurbishment which includes upgrading our WIFI. Unfortunately, during this process the WIFI connection will be intermediate which we have advised on our website. Do you need to stay at an Accor property? Yes? Then this is your choice in TSV. Otherwise there are better valued options within 5km and along the Strand.

I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. Our rooms are currently being updated and that includes the deluxe room that you occupied. We are hoping to have this room type completed in the coming months.
