Very good hotel i like to the rooms becasue very tidy and good experience lobby is very good jenny is the best lobby worker and very good all time smile pools are very clean but for the room stairs sometimes boring but buggy is good

Guys at the Pool bar have made our holiday Wat,Lerm & Pimai ! WOW what a good service they gave us an amazing treatment with our baby of 9 months !!! The guys from the pool hut where also amazing Bank, Mad & Pang also gaves us a feeling like home ! Perfect guys thank you !

Had a pleasant stay at Novotel Phuket Resort. We stayed in a sea view room and the view was fantastic. The staff was always there to help us out. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you are planning to stay in Patong beach.

A memorable stay!

Upon entering we were warmly greeted by BAW, who guided us to the reception area. The staff were all exceptionally friendly even the security guards. The room was well appointed and the welcome snacks and fruit was a wonderful gesture. The rooms were cleaned well and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms could do with an upgrade though. It would also be nice if the walls were sound proofed as we had rather noisy neighbours and could hear the goings on in their room. I booked at the pool access room and this was convenient for an early morning or late evening swim. The water was just a treat. The communal pool areas were also beautiful, i got to experience the wild boar who landed in the pool. The only recommendation i can make is for the pool staff to be more vigilant about the reserving of sunbeds. People would leave for hours at a time, denying other guests of using them. The shuttle services were very efficient, and really helped as we visited during the recent heatwave. It was well located away from the centre but close enough to enjoy all that Patong has to offer. All in all, my husband and i had a really memorable stay at your resort

Staff is friendly and very accommodating. Rooms are nicely appointed with comfortable beds. Rooms are well lit with good ac. Good food with lovely breakfast. Multiple pools. Some hills to traverse to get to room and long walk down (and back) to get to main road. Would have liked an on-site convenience store to buy snacks. Overall a lovely place worth a stay
