I felt extremely unsafe staying at the hotel. The doors didn't work properly, the wouldn't open properly and/or lock properly. The keycard for the doors would open other doors which had resulted in people entering the wrong room. I had an issue with my room where it appeared the door was locked from the inside, I was moved to another room which then had an adjoining door which made me feel even more unsafe.

To be honest IBIS can be a bit hit and miss, this IBIS however was definitely a win. A great location, located within an easy walking distance to the train and stadium, and at a reasonable price. The room was nice and what I needed for the nights I stayed

Our door was not shut properly when we arrived which was ok as room was empty. It was, however , open again, when we returned on next evening! closed but not clicked shut!! Reported immediately and addressed in timely manner, thank you. Very lucky all was in order!
