As above just everything we hoped for and more. Solange and breakfast was wonderful with my daughter and victor was great in aiding us with printing our boarding passes for return journey. The only improvement and is minor is the lifts, it wasn’t explain how they operated to begin with and on 2 occasions it cleared the information and then returned us to our original floor. Not sure how it can be improved.

Rooms are old, carpets very dirty

The hotel is well located in Paris and within 10 mins from Metro and 2 mins walk from shopping centers. The rooms are very old, toilet is separate from the main wash room, and carpets are very dirty. No room service at night to replace very dirty pillows.

Great few days

This is our second time staying at this hotel and about our 14th stay in Paris. It is clean, well located 10 minutes along the river to the Eiffel tower and suits our needs. The staff were friendly and accommodating on check in which is the only time I had need to use the reception. It’s a busy large hotel with tourists and business people. We asked for a low floor before arrival and this was allocated to us being on level 4 The lifts are busy here as previous reviews have stated. There are 31 floors with 6 lifts so if you would like a high floor with a view then you will need to wait for the lift. We take the stairs and enjoy the views once outside of the room. We had breakfast in the hotel, Sloange is warm and friendly on greeting, there can be a queue here but usually dead on 9am if you go before or after this time it is fine, the items are plentiful and there is everything you could want. From cooked breakfast to salad, cheeses, fruit, yogurt station, pastries, cakes. There are two breakfast stations in two rooms I would advise looking at both, my kids wanted pancakes and one room had waffles the other the pancakes. There is free water at the water bar, still and sparkling, we love this and used bottles everyday and then for the room. The rooms have coffee making, fridge and a free safe. If you come out of the hotel and turn left you will find a shopping area. With all the high street shops and a few fast food chains, inside the centre there is also a ice cream station which the kids liked. There is also a handy mono prix supermarket with a lovely bakery and takeaway at the front of the store. We got take away sandwiches, fruit etc for lunches and used it for cakes after we had been out for dinner as it is open until late and has a seating area. The hotel is one change on the metro from Gare du Nord and we are familiar with this so used for both ways. It is also on the RER direct line for Versailles which is highly recommended, the gardens are super. The maid service was everyday and the room was made up with fresh towels. The lifts were broken with only one or two working at a time in an extremely busy hotel. I was left waiting on multiple occasions for over 30 minutes with children and a pram. Therefore I could not use the stairs and we was on the 13th floor.
