Modern facilities and a clean well-functioning room with very helpful staff. Buffet breakfast was okay - nothing special. The main reason for choosing an airport hotel is the convenience - no hotel is really walkable from the terminals at SYD, but the Novotel has a pay-for shuttle service that was really easy to book and use.
