I stayed at Ibis for 2days in Bangalore on 13-14 March'24. I liked the hotel location since it's placed at the heart of the city. Initially when I checked in to the room, I was not happy considering the overall room space which I found very less compared to other hotels. I asked hotel staff to relocate me to other room & they shifted me to a room on higher floor with the Stadium view. Though room space was same but I did not felt boxed in. Overall, the stay was good. I recommend Ibis as a Sustainable hotel for a single person who's on business tour. Strict No-No as a family/personal holiday hotel. Food & cleanliness was up to the mark. I would like to thank Ms. Khushboo S. & Ms. Shushma for their quick response & support to make the stay comfortable.

Went to the bar and restaurant, the person there was writing something, he did not bother even to greet and check what I wanted. Very negligent and serious. The phone in the room did not work, the safe locker did not work. Although I had opted for smoking room, while I checked in the room was stinking of after smoke smell. The least to be done is the room to smell good.

Being a hotelier myself I could point out a few flaws. In comparison to Ibis in Dubai and Mumbai, the condition of the in room washroom was below standard. I ordered a Dal Kichdi around 12 midnight since all inhouse restaurants were closed. It was pathetic. I had a choice to book at Bloom where I stayed before but I thought I should try Ibis because of my past experience. Sorry to state that my stay at Bloom was better. I had a beer at your rooftop restaurant and there was a hair in the beer. When I pointed that out the guy who was serving us removed his cap and said he doesn’t have hair. Sorry for being negative but my remarks are only meant for your improvement. Thanks
